Transport charges

See top of the current programme for the charge rate per km calculated using a formula based on AA’s Running Costs.

The amounts shown against each trip are to be paid by each person using shared transport to fairly compensate the vehicle providers for these running costs.

The trip organiser will collect these charges as cash at the end of each trip with the total amount being divided evenly among the drivers (regardless of the number of passengers in each vehicle).
